My fitness journey has been all over the place. I played many sports up until college, and have always been athletic. However, I didn’t find a healthy relationship with exercising until I was in veterinary school. I’ve tried many different types of movement in order to keep my body physically fit. Through it all, I’ve found an equilibrium which has allowed me to ditch dieting & exercise addiction, yet maintain physical wellness. I’ve regained the joy of an exercise routine that includes both cardio & strength training. I hope that as you follow this journey with me, it’ll keep us both moving!
