Wellness is generally considered to encompass eight aspects of life: physical, intellectual, emotional, social, spiritual, vocational, financial, and environmental. When looked at this way, it can seem like a lot to maintain all at once!
To make things simpler, I believe that maintaining personal wellness can be broken down into just three main components: physical, mental & spiritual (mind, body & spirit!).
